brantly A weighty fusing of surrealist lyrical motifs and crushing, depressive, beautiful slowcore. Fusing the loud/quiet-molasses-slow tempos of Codeine, the calculated ennui of Duster and the subtle dynamics of Bedhead into a fascinating and powerful LP played by outstanding musicians. LP of the year contender.

dulldrum Probably my favourite album of the year so far. Pre-ordered the vinyl straight away - it’s amazing. Such a great band live and their recordings deliver the same gravitas. I love the space that is in Less and I’m so glad they took this direction for the sophomore. Favorite track: Pirouette.
